Amazon is totally focused on its "Prime" service and tries all the possible methods to avoid unsubscriptions.

 

Each great marketer has 3 products: one for the ads, one for sales and one for margins.

 

Amazon goes beyond. Its third product (the Prime service) actually starts a new sales funnel, thanks to the new "Amazon Prime Video" service. 

 

So, as you become a Prime user ==> new front end offer, i.e. the first season of a tv series and movies for free ==> upselling of tv series and other movies ==> diminishing  Prime service's drop-out rate.

 

Is there a way you can apply this double-funnel in your business?.
